Terms of sale

Updated on November 5, 2026

1. Purpose and scope

These terms of sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern the subscription to and payment for the DrawThink service between RENDERTHINK (“RenderThink”) and the subscribing professional (the “Client”). They supplement the terms of use, whose definitions they adopt.

The Service is sold exclusively to professionals for the purposes of their business. These Terms of Sale prevail over any document of the Client, unless RenderThink agrees otherwise in writing. The applicable version is the one the Client accepts when subscribing, then any version accepted under the conditions of the section “Changes to these Terms of Sale”.

Use of the Service is governed by our terms of use

2. Seller

  • RENDERTHINK, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €2
  • Registered office: 17 rue Louis Pasteur, 38400 Saint-Martin-d’Hères, France
  • SIRET: 102 977 147 00010, Grenoble Trade and Companies Register (RCS) 102 977 147
  • EU VAT number: FR33102977147
  • Contact: contact@drawthink.app
  • Website: https://drawthink.app

3. Plans

The Service is sold as a monthly subscription, with no minimum term, in two plans that give access to the same features; only the number of users and the team differ.

Independent:
€119.99 per month including VAT (€99.99 excluding VAT), for one user, the Owner, on all their PCs.
Business:
€99 per month including VAT (€82.50 excluding VAT) with the first user, plus €59 per month including VAT (€49.17 excluding VAT) for each additional user; at least two and up to 50 users. The Owner invites team Members, each with their own account.

One licence covers one user, that is, one person, Owner or Member, with their own account. It covers every PC that person authorizes, one connected at a time: opening one cuts off the one that was connected. An account is not shared between several people. Beyond 50 users, the Client should contact us for a tailored offer.

The AI Assistant is not included in the subscription: the Client subscribes to it and pays for it separately, with its publisher and under its own contract. Licences for InSitu or KitchenDraw are not supplied by RenderThink either.

4. Prices and VAT

Prices are stated in euros including VAT (French VAT at 20%), with the amount excluding VAT also shown; the Client pays the price displayed. Where French VAT is not due (a business established in another EU Member State that provides a valid EU VAT number, under the reverse-charge mechanism, or a client established outside the European Union), the same price is invoiced excluding VAT.

The VAT number is entered at checkout. Any statutory change in the VAT rate applies as soon as it takes effect.

RenderThink may change its prices. For an ongoing subscription, the new price is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies, and the Client may cancel before that date.

5. Promotion codes and discounts

RenderThink may offer promotion codes. A code gives a discount on the plans it covers, as a percentage or as an amount including VAT, for the duration it states: one invoice, a number of months, or the whole life of the subscription. It may be reserved for one Client, limited in number of uses and valid until a date.

The Owner enters the code when subscribing to a plan, in the workspace, or opens it through the link that carries it. The code is checked before payment: an unknown, expired, used up or disabled code, or one that does not cover the chosen plan, is refused. The discount is shown on Stripe’s payment page, then in the workspace (Subscription page), with its end date, and on each invoice it reduces.

A code cannot be entered on a subscription that is already running, and a subscription carries only one discount at a time. RenderThink may grant a Client a discount on its running subscription, for example for a large team: it replaces the discount that was running, and is shown in the same way in the workspace and on invoices.

A discount runs for its duration, including when users are added; at its end, the plan price applies again, without further notice. It ends with the subscription and is not carried over to a new subscription. Disabling a code does not interrupt the discounts it has already given. A discount is neither refundable, nor convertible into cash, nor transferable; RenderThink may withdraw it in the event of fraud or of use contrary to these Terms of Sale.

6. Free trial

Each plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required at sign-up, but nothing is charged before the trial ends.

When the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first month is charged, unless the Client has cancelled beforehand. Cancelling during the trial takes one click from the workspace (Subscription page), takes effect immediately and costs nothing.

The trial is granted only once per client: a Workspace that has already had one, or a card that has already been used for a trial, is no longer eligible. If the card has already been used, the trial does not start, nothing is charged, the Owner is informed and may subscribe without a trial.

During the trial, adding a user costs nothing and does not change the end of the trial; a removal takes effect at the end of the trial (section “Users and plan changes”).

7. Free access

RenderThink may offer a Client access to the Service without payment, for the number of licences and the duration it chooses, with or without an end date. The free access, its licences and its end date are shown in the workspace (Subscription page). The number of licences cannot be changed there: the Owner asks support.

On the end date, access closes on its own, without any charge. RenderThink may change or withdraw free access at any time. The Owner may subscribe to a plan whenever they wish: the subscription takes over immediately, with the free trial if the Workspace has never had one.

8. Subscribing

The Owner subscribes online from the workspace by choosing a plan and a number of users, entering a promotion code where applicable, then, on Stripe’s secure page, entering a payment method and accepting these Terms of Sale by ticking the box provided. The subscription is final once that page has been validated.

The Service is available as soon as the subscription is taken out, including during the trial; no physical delivery is required.

9. Payment and invoices

The subscription is paid in advance at the start of each monthly period, by payment card, including through Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, on Stripe’s payment page. Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, which is PCI DSS certified; RenderThink never receives or stores card numbers.

Invoices are issued in the name of RenderThink; the Owner views and downloads them in the workspace (Invoices page). The Owner also edits the payment method and billing address there, on Stripe’s portal (Subscription page).

10. Failed payments

If a payment fails, access to the Service is suspended until the invoice is paid, for the Owner and for the Members alike. Stripe retries the payment for 7 days and notifies the Owner by email; the Owner may also settle the invoice or update the payment method from the workspace (Subscription page), and access is restored as soon as payment goes through. If payment has still not gone through at the end of that period, the subscription is cancelled; the unpaid invoice remains due.

Disputing a payment with the Client’s bank leads to the immediate cancellation of the subscription and stops the Service for all its Members, whatever the outcome of the dispute. The Owner is notified by email and may subscribe to a plan again from the workspace.

In accordance with Articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code, any late payment automatically incurs late-payment penalties equal to three times the French statutory interest rate, due from the day after the due date without any reminder being required, and a fixed indemnity of €40 for recovery costs, without prejudice to additional compensation on proof of costs incurred.

11. Users and plan changes

Adding a user: the Owner chooses the new number of users in the workspace, then confirms it on Stripe’s secure page, which shows the amount due and may ask for authentication by the bank (3-D Secure). The addition is charged immediately, pro rata for the current period. A Client on the Independent plan who adds a user moves to the Business plan.

Removing a user: the Owner chooses the new number of users and confirms the reduction in the workspace; it takes effect at the end of the current period (the end of the trial, during the trial), with no refund for the period that has started. The licences remain usable until then, and the reduction can be cancelled while the period runs. A reduction must leave a licence for each pending invitation. If it leaves fewer licences than people on the team, the Owner chooses which Members leave the Workspace on that date; they are informed by email.

The number of users does not change during a payment delay, nor while a reduction or a cancellation is scheduled: the reduction must first be cancelled, or the subscription reactivated.

A Business team that goes back to a single user moves to the Independent plan at the end of the paid period; on that date, the Members leave the Workspace and are informed by email. Their account remains open.

Removing a Member from the team, or a Member leaving it on their own, takes effect immediately and does not change the number of licences paid for: the freed licence can be used by another person, or removed as described above.

Removing a PC, to replace it or because it has been lost, takes effect immediately and does not change the price: the licence stays with its user, for their other PCs.

12. Cancellation and refunds

The subscription has no minimum term: the Owner cancels it during the trial or while payments are up to date, in one click, from the workspace (Subscription page), which shows the date it takes effect. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; the Service remains available until then, and the Owner can reactivate the subscription until that date. During the trial, cancellation takes effect immediately, and nothing is charged. A scheduled licence reduction lapses with the cancellation.

During a payment delay, cancellation is not offered in the workspace: the Owner settles the invoice, then cancels. Failing payment, the subscription ends when the retries are over (section “Failed payments”), and the invoice remains due.

A period that has started is not refunded, except in the event of a major technical failure of the Service, documented and attributable solely to RenderThink, that prevents any use of it for more than 24 hours, in which case a pro rata refund may be granted on written request to contact@drawthink.app.

RenderThink may cancel the subscription for non-payment or a disputed payment, as set out under “Failed payments”, or for breach of the terms of use, under the conditions set out in them.

When the subscription ends, access to the Service closes for the whole team. The account and the Workspace remain, with their data, for the retention periods of the privacy policy: the Client may export its data from the workspace, subscribe again, or have its account deleted by asking support from that same workspace.

13. No right of withdrawal

The Service is sold to professionals for the purposes of their main business activity, so the right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code does not apply. The 14-day free trial allows the Service to be assessed before any payment.

14. Warranties and liability

RenderThink is bound by an obligation of means (best efforts). Its liability is limited as set out in the terms of use, to the amounts paid by the Client for the Service during the previous twelve (12) months.

RenderThink is not liable for the AI Assistant or the Design Software, which are supplied by third parties under their own terms.

15. Changes to these Terms of Sale

RenderThink may amend these Terms of Sale; the version in force and its date are shown on the website. For an ongoing subscription, any material change is announced by email at least 30 days before it applies; a Client who does not accept it may cancel before that date.

16. Complaints, governing law and disputes

Any complaint should first be sent to contact@drawthink.app, so that an amicable solution can be sought for at least thirty (30) days.

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law; in the event of any discrepancy between translations, the French version prevails. As they apply between professionals, consumer mediation does not apply. Failing an amicable settlement, the Commercial Court of Grenoble (tribunal de commerce de Grenoble) has exclusive jurisdiction.
