No. Everything shows in InSitu as it happens, every action can be undone, and nothing is overwritten or deleted without your consent. One click is enough to take back control.

Your customers’ contact details are never sent unless you ask. Your assistant reads the names of your projects, often the customer’s, when it opens them. Your project files stay on your PC; DrawThink keeps only what it needs to pick up with you. The service is hosted in France.

Yes: the assistant works with the manufacturer catalogues installed in your InSitu, as they are. There is nothing to import.

The assistant guides you to export them as COLLADA from SketchUp, then it prepares them and places them in InSitu.

A licence covers one person, not one computer: install DrawThink at the office, on your laptop and at home. Only one works at a time: opening InSitu on one cuts the other, which tells you so.
