The questions people ask
Will the AI design the kitchen for me?
No. You design: you give the instructions, your assistant carries them out in InSitu. It can suggest a layout if you ask, but the choice stays yours.
I am not comfortable with computers.
There is nothing new to learn: you talk to your assistant as you would to a colleague, in your own words. The installation happens once, in a few clicks, and your workspace guides you at each step.
Can the AI damage my projects?
No. Everything shows in InSitu as it happens, every action can be undone, and nothing is overwritten or deleted without your consent. One click is enough to take back control.
What about my customers’ data?
Your customers’ contact details are never sent unless you ask. Your assistant reads the names of your projects, often the customer’s, when it opens them. Your project files stay on your PC; DrawThink keeps only what it needs to pick up with you. The service is hosted in France.
Does it work with my catalogues?
Yes: the assistant works with the manufacturer catalogues installed in your InSitu, as they are. There is nothing to import.
Which AI assistant, and how much does it cost?
Claude, ChatGPT or Mistral Vibe, whichever you prefer. It is paid separately, to its publisher; we recommend its professional plans.
What if I stop?
You cancel in one click from your workspace, with no commitment. During the trial, you pay nothing. After that, the subscription runs until the end of the paid month.
